Hidden caches and critters are found in each venture as the reader has fun learning about this worldwide, year round, 24/7, silent family sport. The text includes fun echoes and small mishaps that make the book delightful to read together. We hope the book inspires families to enjoy nature and get excited about going on a treasure hunt for geocaches. This story was inspired by the traditional chant, "Going On A Bear Hunt".
Author Biography
James and Catherine Calvetti, also known as Timberline Echoes, live in northern Wisconsin. They have six children and a growing number of grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, camping, biking, hiking, caching, and the outdoors. They learned about geocaching (caching) in the spring of 2004, and were "hooked" on it shortly after. They have used this activity to enhance their many trips throughout the lower forty-eight states and six Canadian provinces. They plan to continue to use it on their future adventures.
