For tonight is a special night as Mary already knew, God's son, baby Jesus is born for me and you. This is the story of the first ever Christmas: the birth of God's only son, Jesus. We still celebrate Jesus's birthday even two thousand years later, with gifts to each other, but we need to remember the real reason for all of it - the birth of our Lord and Savior. About the Author Glenda Owens works as an Administrative Assistant at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Gloucester, Virginia. She has been married for forty-two years to her high school sweetheart. They have been blessed with one daughter, a son-in-law, and now are grandparents to a little girl. Charis. For many years, it has been her heart's desire to write a children's book.
