This book was a labor of love and it is a work that I am extremely proud of. The contents of this book are comments my mother has made about various aspects of the human condition. In total the content of this book is 20 years worth of commentary from my mother. I began this writing project because I believe it is important to write down the wisdom she has shared with me so that I do not forget it and also that I may share it with others who may get great insight from her perspective. Anotherreason that I wrote this book is because I believe it is important to honor our mothers and one of the best ways to do that is to honor the wisdom that is shared freely with you. Everything that she has conveyed to me over the years has been the truth and that is not a coincidence. It is due to the fact that mom has lived life and developed a wealth of knowledge based on the experiences she has had and she has shared her knowledge with me in the hope that I will make good decisions. I hope the reader will appreciate the wisdom contained in these pages as much as I have and more importantly, will take the time to remember and honor the mothers in their lives who have shaped who they are.
