Author Biography

Jelbert has spent the last five years researching the psychology of happiness. His book, The Happiness Animal is a best seller and is recognized as the first practical exercise guide to happiness. He currently interviews thought leaders in the wellness industry and writes in the wellbeing sections for MindBodyGreen and Arianna Huffington's Thrive Global. Jelbert is also a wellbeing consultant and runs his happiness scorecard system at companies around the world, providing tailored guidance on how to improve employee wellbeing. He also runs personal training for happiness sessions with individuals. He has appeared in two interviews with the BBC in the UK, and participates in the annual 'Happiness and its Causes' world happiness conference in Sydney.
