It's made with a 3/8" gold tone plated over 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell with a 5mm top ball end. The bottom end is 8mm and set with a large pink gem. Hanging beneath it is a circular charm, in an openwork style, featuring trellises of flowers in pretty pink and passionate purple.
