I've been in the building industry for over 25 years. building, remodeling, owned my own company, and worked with well established companys building custom homes ranging from $300.000 to multi million dollar homes. from start to finish. I wrote this book to help guide individuals through their constuction process easier, so they aren't left in the dark. and can understand each step, also to protect them from those who would try to take advantage of them
