Author Biography

Dr. Josephine Whalen is a clinical psychologist who received her undergraduate degree at New York University and her doctoral training at Yeshiva University. After graduating, she joined a private practice in New Jersey, where she practiced for ten years with a focus on children and adolescents. Dr. Whalen currently practices in Florida where she has received training as a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator. She has also been an expert guest on " Divorce Talk", a Florida-based radio talk show, which is hosted by family law attorneys. During the course of her career, Dr. Whalen has worked with many children experiencing feelings of loss, sadness, and confusion due to a divorce. She wrote this book to help children articulate their feelings during this chaotic time in their lives. You can contact Dr. Whalen at www.jowhalen.com.
