Product Description
by Mark Ladas (Author)
Whether you are interested in pursuing a career in the fire service, a motivated firefighter or a seasoned officer, this book will give you insights on how to become a desirable fire department candidate, how to perform at a higher level at every rank within the fire department as well as prepare you for your next promotional exam. Climbing the Ladder is geared towards the fire service, but elected officials, city managers, other department heads and all those who manage personnel will also find benefits throughout this read. My hope is that you finish this book feeling you learned a few new ideas and concepts you can personally use or pass down to someone in your organization. The cover picture was taken by my friend and co-worker, Firefighter Scott Stacey. All author's proceeds will be donated to the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation.
