This 14 gauge nipple jewelry is made with 14mm gold tone PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells with bright green 5mm ball ends. Dangling from one by a pair of chains is an acorn formed from a single red gem with a cap set with tiny green gems. It even has a little stem!
