Dr Luck taught at various institutions and had significant experience as a corporate consultant and trainer. Her work has been recognized by the Association for Business Communication and in other publications. She is an arbitrator for FINRA and a certified mediator for North Carolina Superior Courts. In addition, she has significant experience as a professional writer.
