About the Author

Samantha Elizabeth Parrell is a Canadian poet who grew up in a quaint town, in Newfoundland. She went to university to pursue her love for helping others, and ended up declaring her bachelor of arts in English and Geography. She has since found a passion for Fund Development and Communications, raising awareness and funds to help provide accessible and inclusive recreation programs, and career and educational services for people with disabilities. Samantha will continue to give back to the community, through her love of making and creating connections with people.
