Product Description

by Óscar Pujol (Author)

This book is the founding text of one of the six canonical schools of Indian philosophy and, therefore, the fundamental work to understand this ancient way of thinking that today has resulted in a physical-spiritual discipline practiced all over the world. It goes beyond the cultural and religious assumptions of India and offers a comprehensive analysis of the mind and its relationship with the body.
