Author Biography

JACK R. WESTBROOK is a Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, resident, retired Managing Editor of the Michigan Oil & Gas News magazine and author of four previous Arcadia publishing Company historical photo review books: MICHIGAN OIL & GAS; MT. PLEASANT (Michigan) THEN AND NOW; CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY; and ISABELLA COUNTY (Michigan) 1859-2009. SHERRY SPONSELLER is a semi-retired accountant who has a love of local and family history. She is a past-president of the Mt. Pleasant Area Historical Society and a founding member of the Genealogical Society of Isabella County. This book is their first collaborative effort.
