Dr. Seonyoung Jeong, a Fellow of Korea's Global Ph.D. Fellowship Program, specializes in the ecological consciousness in contemporary Anglo-American poetry, holding a doctorate for her research in this field. Currently, she teaches at Chonnam National University's Faculty of Global Business. A recipient of several teaching awards including the Woodang Academic Award from Korea University, Dr. Jeong's expertise encompasses Ecocriticism, Romanticism, and Comparative Korean and Anglo-American Literature. She focuses on humanities courses, particularly Korean language for non-native speakers, and actively researches the globalization of Korean literature and advancements in Korean language education.
