A long gothic lace dress cut for the part of the night that happens after the pumpkins go out. Depending on what you put with it, it reads as a witch, a vampire's consort or a Victorian mourner — and unlike most costume-shop dresses, the sizing actually goes where plus-size shoppers need it to go.
- What it is: one dress with lace detailing. No accessories are included.
- Colours: black, purple-black, green and red.
- Sizing: L through 5XL — a genuinely extended range, not an L with a bit of stretch. Costume sizing tends to run smaller than high-street sizing, so if you are between sizes take the larger one.
- Fabric: a soft polyester and cotton blend that moves with you rather than holding a stiff costume shape.
- Care: hang or line dry. Do not bleach, and keep the iron off the lace.
- Wears past October: plain enough with flats and a jacket to work as an actual dress, not a one-night costume.
- Shipping: stock ships from a supplier warehouse and some variants dispatch from overseas, so transit time varies. Order early rather than the week before.
