The youngest ever semi-finalist on The Great British Bake Off, Flora Shedden is a food writer based in Perthshire, Scotland. In 2017, she opened ARAN Bakery, named by The Times as one of the best bakeries in the UK. She is the author of Gatherings, Aran, Supper and Winter in the Highlands.
