Author Biography

Teresa Porcella was born in Italy in 1965. For many years she has worked as an author, editor and translator for several children's books publishers. She has taught children's literature and editorial design at universities in Italy.

Carmen Queralt was born in Madrid, Spain in 1952. She studied for a degree Education specializing in Social Sciences. She combined her educational studies with Classical Drawing at the BAT school. She is also an illustrator and designer. She began her professional career in the world of illustration in the 1990s, focusing primarily on children's books. She has worked as a freelance illustrator for several publishing houses.
