Product Description

by David A. Rusco (Author)

Pastor Dave Rusco has written this book outlining his scriptural journey. He presents ten biblical reasons why he now rejects the dispensational premillennial view, and why he is now an amillennialist.

Author Biography

After high school, David was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies and began a six year professional baseball career. After four years of playing shortstop in the Phillies minor league system, he was traded to the New York Mets. They wanted to use his arm on the pitchers mound. After two years, an arm injury ended his dream and that phase of his life. After being released from the Mets, Dave and his young family moved to California and began new lives without baseball. Through the insistence of his wife, his family walked into a church one day. The Pastor was saying some of the same things one of his former teammates had told him, which he thought was foolish at the time. He was drawn to what the pastor was saying, and found himself believing in Jesus Christ. In his words, "The Lord drafted me (baseball talk) to His team." That was 34 years ago. After years of walking with Jesus, at age 46, Dave went to Multnomah Biblical Seminary. He has now been serving as a Pastor/teacher for many years at Paso Robles Bible Church, in Paso Robles, CA.
