You'll need a picture, about 1.5 inches square, of your young engineer, that you will fasten onto the third-to-last page of the book. (The author recommends removable double-stick tape so you can swap out train drivers as needed.)
Who's Driving the Train? is aimed at 4-7 year-olds. It is meant to be read to a child, at least the first time through. Your little train driver will have plenty to see and explore on this journey aboard a most unusual train!
