Author Biography

Sahar Azuli of Jewish decent is 48 years old lives on her farm in Virginia. Raised on a farm as a small child realized that there was much to her heritage than just a cuisine, she had decided to share the pages that follow. It was her privilege and pleasure to have been taught by her mother who she kept a close relationship with as well as her father who always encouraged her throughout her endeavours. A blessing throughout the years growing up was always said before each meal that blessing still continues today at the table "They tried to kill us, We Won, Let's Eat!"
