Tom Darrow is a nationally known HR executive search and recruiting consultant and career-management expert. He's been a longtime leader in SHRM-Atlanta, SHRM, and the SHRM Foundation and the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP). He is the Founder and Principal of Talent Connections, LLC, which helps major corporations place HR executives. He lives in Murphy, NC with his lovely wife, Anne.
