Product Description

by Albert S. Kamp (Author)

I have been a Catechist (CCD) for high school senior class students for well over two decades in my local parish. This book is the outcome of what seniors have been seeking answers to for many years. The students' questions are truly "What Teens Want To Know." The book is a compilation of the questions and the answers that I've used, developed and refined over those many years. My intention to publish this book is that it be used by teaching Catechists as a curriculum for instruction or reference, or by students themselves as a guide to study in pursuit of their faith relationship with their God and Savior Jesus Christ. The book commences with the first religious education class for the students, having them define all the topics they wish to understand more deeply. What is important to note is that for over two decades students ask the same questions. The topics include Faith, God, Purpose of Life, Sexuality, Marriage, Family Relationships, Friends, Morality, Prayer, Death, and other issues. There are also accompanying PDFs of overheads (94) to be used to teach. The questions within each topic are addressed through Scripture, the Catholic Catechism, and from the life of this 80+ old author.
