I wrote this book to share the knowledge I have acquired over more than three decades of managing construction crews in the heavy civil construction industry, specifically my expertise in developing leaders.

As I worked with clients, I soon realized my reach would always be limited because there is only one of me! Subsequently, I made it a goal to share my methods of leadership development and team building in a way that others could read, study, and learn from. Hence, this book was born.
