Author Biography

Kate Waud lives in the southwest of Western Australia with her husband (who was her first boyfriend from high school and is seriously gorgeous) and three children (whom she home birthed, practiced attachment parenting and who are fabulously wonderful!). She is a home school mum and spends most of her time having fantastic conversations over cups of tea! Kate trained as a naturopath and also with Jane Bennett to be a facilitator for 'A Celebration Day for Girls'. The day is a powerful day for small groups of girls and mum's, focusing on celebration, education and sharing stories around menarche and the menstrual cycle.
