Erik Johanson is a building contractor and property manager. Some of the housing units he has managed and improved were adjacent to colleges and a university. Besides his own off spring in college, Erik has a decades long relationship with student housing. He has devised and refined this loft bed system to meet real needs. These plans and instructions include metric dimensioning.
