Author Biography

Author Ren'ee Rentmeester began studying metaphysics and the afterlife shortly after her father died in 1996. She went on to study at the Center for Spiritual Living in Pembroke Pines, FL with Rev. Erwin Deiser. She channels her deepest thoughts and feelings into her poems. Ms. Rentmeester often says, 'If you want to know me, read my poems.' After beginning her TV news career in 1978, she later left and created the First TV Show Featuring Blind and Visually Impaired People called, "Cooking Without Looking." She was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and was raised by her mom and dad, Margaret and Anthony Rentmeester. She has two brothers, Tony and Rory. Ms. Rentmeester lives in Miami with her daughter, Lauren Morales, her son-in-law, Stanford Carey, and her granddaughter, Naya.
