Author Biography

Erinn Sneed started her journey to veganism as a teen when she eliminated many animal products from her diet. She was very conscious of what she ate concerned of how the food was grown and processed, and made a point of reading the ingredients of the foods before she bought them. After 20 years as a vegetarian, she became vegan in 2010. Erinn says, "Not consuming animals is as natural as the rainfall," It never crosses her mind." Erinn believes that humans have more power than they realize; like we can change the condition of our home (Earth) by just choosing to eat a plant-based diet. Future generations...our children and grandchildren...are counting on us to protect their home. Saving our oceans, lakes and the rain forest depends on us adopting a plant-based diet.
