Stacie and Sandi, cofounders of HumanizEDU, are passionate about bringing the human back to the center of education. Growing up in Big Bear Lake, CA, they developed a deep commitment to creating safe, empowering, and collaborative environments where students, educators, and communities can thrive. Their mission is to cultivate psychologically safe environments, helping schools become trusted places to work and learn, addressing the mental health crisis in our schools with a systemic and human-centered approach.
