Author Biography

MICHAEL O'MULLANE has worked for over 40 years in education in organisational leadership, and as an academic and a consultant in policy implementation and organisational transformation. He retired in 2008 from the position of Head of School of Business and Information Technology at Charles Sturt University, Australia. His research interests include organisational transformation and leadership. He has presented at refereed academic conferences in Europe, North America and Australia and has been a conference refereed track chair and reviewer.
