Author Biography
Edmund Metera's more than three decades of business system and process consulting experience spans a broad spectrum of industries and project profiles. He teaches IIBA-registered courses and serves as an advisor to the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's Corporate and Computer Training Center's Business Analyst and Process Analyst certificate programs. He has taught and mentored business analysts and project managers for professional organizations such as IIBA and PMI.
