NIGEL MORTIMER: DOB - 14th March, 1959 Nationality: British Occupation: writer / lecturer on the paranormal /UFOs and on line bookseller.. Biography: I have been actively involved in UFO investigations since 1980, after I experienced at first hand a UFO sighting from my home town of Otley in West Yorkshire. I soon became a regional UFO investigator and researcher for the Northern UFO Network, run at that time by Jenny Randles), eventually becoming the Director of Regional Investigations for BUFORA in the early 1990's. I was the founder of the respected WYUFORG (West Yorkshire UFO Research Group) which later became the IUN. I have written articles for many newspapers including the Yorkshire Post, Bradford Telegraph & Argus, and locally the Ilkley Gazette and have had my work included on national and international TV and in Radio programs. I was editor for my own in-house newsletters 'UFO Reporter' and UFO Visitors, plus have written articles for inclusion in major news stand magazines. My work has been included in a number of UFO books by leading authors, and I was a consultant for the 'If you go down to the woods' chapter in Jenny Randles' Pennine UFO Mystery (Granada). To date, I have written several published booklets including - ' The UFO Mysteries Of Ilkley Moor', and 'The Circle & The Sword', which describe investigations in the Ilkley Moor region and include previously unpublished material in the e-book format. Since 1990, I have been in 'contact' with Other Worldly Intelligences, establishing through psychic means an on-going communication with the Celestial Being known as Sharlek; who I have written about in 'The Circle & The Sword'. My most recent work involves discovering the ways that we can all prepare ourselves for the major Earth changes that will take place in the near future, including channeling energies to open up multi-dimensional portals.
