Marnie Schmidt has a bachelor degree in Business Management, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and ASQ (American Society for Quality) professional certifications - Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Technician with over 20 years of broad-spectrum, hands-on experience in management, sales & marketing, strategic planning, consulting, training and quality process improvement. She currently uses this experience as a freelance management consultant to help management teams create high powered business systems. She helps companies develop new systems, integrating quality, environmental and safety as well as improving traditional "ISO" quality systems by incorporating lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation using a fast and repeatable management system implementation model that can be done in as little as eight weeks.
