It includes tales of life in the service (navy, marine corps, and air force) or afterwards. The stories have been lightly edited to retain the original flavor of the author's memories. The naval academy class of 1952 is unique in having more general and flag officers graduates than any class since the end of World War II. It also includes four astronauts, another record.
