Author Biography
Randi founded Ben Freight Trucking, Inc. in January 2012 and currently serves as the President and CEO. While attending graduate school at Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) years ago, Randi lived with her aunt Nancy, a truck driver for over 20 years. Randi recalls the time spent with her aunt very memorable, hearing the fun, crazy trucking stories that her aunt would share. Randi then met her husband, Ben, who was also a truck driver, therefore, the trucking world became a part of her every-day life. After intensively researching the trucking industry, Randi discovered what was missing: lack of honesty, transparency, and communication. Randi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and worked in the social work field for over 12 years. After assisting individuals and families achieve their goals, her passion and focus switched to creating and building a reputable trucking company. With her education, clinical licensure, and work history, she is able to bring a skill set to the trucking industry that is unmatched. Randi resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband, Ben, her Bichon Frise, Bella, and her Maltese, Lola.
