An award-winning author, leading Hollywood historian, and reformed stand-up comic, Laurie Jacobson has written and produced documentaries, television series, and specials such as The 20th Anniversary of the Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Museum of Television and Radio's Salute to Funny Women of Television.
