Author Biography

Rabbi Shafir Lobb is currently the rabbi at Congregation Kol Simchah in Tucson, Arizona. She received smicha, ordination, through the ALEPH Rabbinical Program. She has served as a chaplain with VNA Hospice in Cleveland Ohio and with Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. She is currently the President of the Tucson Board of Rabbis and serves on various Boards of Directors, including the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona, the Jewish History Museum, Jewish Family and Children's Service and the Jewish Community Relations Council. She has compiled and edited many Siddurim (Prayer Books) and Machzorim (High Holy Day Prayer Books), including special congregational editions. Please check out her web site: www.rabbishafirlobb.com
