Sachi Takahashi's saga continues.

But she cannot bear to break the Bond, condemning the beautiful Sahla to a horrible death.
Escaping the island, she must deal with her tempestuous feelings about Sahla while following a course to a pirate port, where another assassination attempt will leave her holding a mortally wounded Sahla.
Sachi will finally have to confront her true feelings about the young woman.
And the immediate future will hold yet another challenge for Sachi's battered emotions.
