The Rolling Meadow farm in Summers County, West Virginia has been called home by the Meadows family for over one hundred years. This collection of stories and photographs document the history of several generations and their life on the farm.

Author Biography

Erma Faye Crotty Meadows was born December 19, 1931 at Pinoak, West Virginia. Since her retirement, she has been very active in her community. Erma is a member of Bluestone Baptist Church and has participated in many activities throughout the years. She has been a part of the CEOs organization with West Virginia University. She was the county president and conference chair of the 2000 Jackson's Mill State Conference. She helped to organize the Family Resource Network in Hinton. Erma has been a part of the breast cancer fundraiser "Walk for Her Lifetime" for the past 20 years. She has devoted time to volunteering with the Summers County and the Jumping Branch Elementary School libraries. She currently serves as a board member of the Main Street Nursing Home in Hinton. Erma's hobbies include cooking, reading, and serving the community.
