Tia-Clair Toomey, the eldest of three girls, entered the world, destined for greatness. Here, Tia-Clair's athletic prowess began to shine. At Western Cape College, she dashed across tracks, her heart set on 400m hurdling. Yet, fate had a different plan. After a stint at Townsville Grammar School and a brief foray into nursing at Queensland University of Technology, Tia-Clair's life took a turn when she moved to Gladstone for love, joining her future husband, Shane Orr.In Gladstone, Tia-Clair's world transformed. Shane introduced her to CrossFit, a sport that was soon to become her destiny. She plunged into this new world with vigor, her natural athleticism and unwavering determination fueling her rapid ascent.
