She is a Certified Activity Director, Certified Assisted Living Home Operator, Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Trainer and Certified Dementia Care Manager with over 17 years of experience working in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing communities, developing and implementing programs that improve the daily lives of those battling dementia. In addition to partnering with healthcare staff, she also consults with families in supportive services that help meet the unique challenges loved ones face with this disease.
