Product Description

by Gordon Dye (Author)

This book provides a basis of understanding which will: 1) Give the reader cognitive tools for evaluating various Scripture and religious precepts. This text does not question the sovereignty of Creator God, but it does: a) Raise the specter of God impostors. b) Describe our Creator's limitations within a moral framework. c) Explain why it is our moral obligation to both judge God and seek God. d) Explain why we are morally obligated to evaluate Scripture. 2) Enable the participants of individual religions to see the positive traits of other religions and the negative traits of their own. (Presumably they already see the positive traits of their own and negative traits of others.) 3) Improve one's understanding of, and therefore relationship with, God. This book provides a foundation for organizing one's thinking in a way that clearly transcends popular thought patterns. Reading Time Chapter summaries are provided to facilitate effective speed reading of the text without risking omission of critical concepts.

Author Biography

Gordon Dye was raised by two ordained Evangelical Christians. His thinking has evolved significantly beyond the limitations of that belief system. However, unlike so many others, he didn't do so by rejecting his faith. He believes he did so by implementing what he was taught, and in the process arrived at several conclusions that challenge all mainstream religions. He lays the groundwork for these perspectives in this release and in so doing raises important questions concerning religion, Scripture and even our Creator. Additionally, this Section is the prequel to a set of assertions that challenge certain widely held tenets of modern science. Gordon's profession is computer programming. He is self- taught and has operated software companies for over forty years. He presently manages and maintains a compiler and operating environment named Business Rules.
