Phoenix Hinkley was born somewhere in the woods in England shortly after a major UFO sighting in the seventies. He started his working career in the media industry working as a producer and writer for a TV and video production company in Manchester. The advert with the talking animals at Knowsley Safari Park - that was his. Since then he's been a machine operator, a baker, a hearing aid technician, a pot washer and a price controller. He fully acknowledges that his CV is a little bit weird. He has written a bunch of other books under a different name. Don't look for them, they're not there anymore. Well, they are but he refuses to disclose any further information on the matter.
