Author Biography
Ralph Merritt Nedelkoff received an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree with a double major in management and urban planning from The American University in Washington, DC. He has over 20 years of successful management experience in the residential real estate business on both the East Coast and the West Coast, having been affiliated with five of the top luxury homes marketing divisions in the United States. *** After five years as a nationally recognized top listing and marketing agent, Ralph worked with Allan Dalton and served as a vice president and manager with a 25-office Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate company, which was then a key affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty. He worked as a regional marketing manager for The Prudential Prestige Fine Homes. He trained agents in multiple offices for GMAC Real Estate Elegant Homes in San Diego County. Along with Marty McNicholas, Ralph helped to manage one of the top five Coldwell Banker Previews profit centers in the U.S. in the late 1990's. He founded Millionaire Properties International, based in La Jolla and Hilton Head, and served as director of luxury homes advertising for Millionaire magazine and Opulence magazine in 2001. Ralph has also served in management and training positions with Keller Williams Realty in San Diego and Los Angeles.
