Lundgren has turned his creative story telling abilities to the literary world. Project Mike is his debut novel. John has traveled the globe and he now lives in downtown San Diego, with his rescue dog (Pippin) and cat (Robie). John's previous book, Project Mike, is also available online. Reader review: It's a character driven novel, and the characters came to life for me. They're interesting and still relatable. Funny, sad, some comfortable where they are and others looking for more. Emily, Aaron, Vince and Ethan--I couldn't get enough of them. And Helena, what a hoot. The story weaves together a personal tragedy and the prospect of starting over. New and exciting technology plays a pivotal role as the story unfolds. I was sorry to see it come to a close. I want to know what happens next. Like the author's previous book, Project Mike, this story deals with current events and touches on some complex social issues. But I think The Wife of a Wealthy Man will appeal to a much broader audience.
