Author Biography
Sebastian Bates has spent 20 years studying six different martial arts around the world and won several national titles in the UK. He returned to England after three years of training, studying and working abroad to create the Warrior Academy, a Martial Arts organisation that now teaches over 1000 students yearly in over 45 clubs. Sebastian has worked closely with over 100 schools in the UK and his Warrior Method is a character development programme that has transformed the lives of thousands of families.
