After finding the freedom that Amy Sever writes about in this book, at 5'2" and 170 lbs, she made the decision to lose her weight. One year later she became involved in the fitness industry. Within three years she won 1st Place in the North American Nova Championship and 2nd Place in the World Galaxy Competition. Today, because of her demanding schedule, Amy travels extensively, having business in the United States and abroad. But she will tell you that her heart is for this message and ministry.
