Author Biography

Rabbi Issachar Levi Schneerson is the only son of the late Hassidic leader, Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of the Hassidic sect Chabad. Rabbi Schneerson was born and raised in The Netherlands. As an adult, he has lived over 18 years in Israel. He has served in the armies of both countries and holds dual citizenship. Rabbi Schneerson is a trained carpenter and plumber, a former police officer, a former software tester, and more. He is a qualified web engineer and has studied management at Haifa university. Orthodox trained, until 2015 he led his own open progressive congregation in Delft, The Netherlands. Since then he is a full-time writer.
