Ruth Matthews is 14-19 Strategy Development Officer at Telford and Wrekin Council, UK. She has taught Key Stage 4 courses and in further and higher education. She has over 15 years' experience of working for leading UK and international awarding bodies, including developing assessment and teaching materials for thinking skills qualifications. Jo Lally is a freelance education consultant based in the UK.
