Author Biography
Dave Alber, MA is an enthusiastic Religious Studies lecturer and English Teacher who has taught English at the university level in China and the Middle East. He comes from a Quaker Protestant background, has an MA in Mythological Studies, and extensive immersion in Asian religious traditions. His global exposure to the religious life on four continents gives him the ability to lecture from direct experience on a variety of religious traditions: whether festivals in America, Asia, or Africa; Koranic doctrine in Arabic culture; meditation in the style of Ethiopian Coptic Christians, Indian Hindus, or Buddhists. His current passion is comparative cosmology.
