Author Biography

Martin Vadlejch was born in Czech Republic, grew up in a small city, and ever since he was first able to help parents in the kitchen, he had strong desire for cooking. For more than ten years he has been improving his skills, slowly learning all the aspects of cooking. He worked in a few different restaurants, yet that was not enough for him. His first book, "Traditional Czech Cuisine Cookbook," was published in 2012. Since then, he did improve his writing skills, and is now dedicated to share all his knowledge with everyone interested in foreign cuisines and cookery.
